Report definitions & stage mapping
The spreadsheet categories are mapped to current CRM stages below. Changes affect this dashboard only and are saved in this browser.
Forecast month uses Expected Close Date, including paid quotations. Green rows indicate payment received. Awarded, Work in Progress and Project Completed stages are included in Leads In Pipeline by default to retain paid work. Missing dates appear in Unscheduled; dates outside the selected months appear in Outside period. These amounts are not added to the monthly totals. Chance of conversion uses the CRM effective probability, with explicit quotation probability and stage probability as fallbacks.
